1. CUSTOMER CONSULTATION: The Beginning of our process is first understanding your needs. Let us know what you're looking for exactly. This breaks down to how much experience you  would like the employee to have, how long you need them and how flexible you need this person to be. You may also request certain employees to have a vehicle, tool or equipment, special certification etc. When we get  good understanding what your company needs the we can move on to the next step.


2.  EMPLOYEE SEARCH: We search our data base of employees to meet your companies criteria. All of our employees have been prescreened and completed any training programs they may need to work in the field they specialize in. all certifications must be shown and will always be on file. if your company wishes to obtain proof a request mat be made. When we find the right employee we will notify your company and send them as soon as needed.


3. MONITORING: After an employee is placed with your company we continuously monitor their performance to ensure the highest quality. If you are ever unhappy with an employee contact us immediately and appropriate action will take place.We can send a replacement usually the same day.
